Jill’s treatment focus includes those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma (including spiritual abuse and religious trauma), life transitions, chronic illness, family conflict and relationship issues, problems stemming from discrimination of neurodivergent individuals, problems faced by 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and the CNM/kink communities, women, those pursuing higher education, and grief and loss of loved ones/pets. Jill is passionate about supporting clients in identifying and reaching their mental health goals through a collaborative process.
Jill is empathetic and supportive, and believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to heal and grow. Jill is a steadfast advocate for embracing the richness of human diversity, including affirming the experiences and contributions of those within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and those who are neurodivergent/PDAers. Adjunctive EMDR Therapy
Short-term adjunctive and collaborative EMDR therapy. This is used as part of a comprehensive approach to mental health. I believe in integrating EMDR with other therapeutic modalities to enhance healing and promote resilience. I am happy to support you in working with your current therapist while supplementing your treatment with adjunctive EMDR services to ensure a holistic and effective treatment experience. This collaborative effort helps to address complex trauma and other issues, and supports clients alongside already established treatment protocols. Adjunctive EMDR is meant to supplement current therapy sessions to increase the chances of success.
